Benit LLC.. offers a full refund for any service that has not yet been activated. If your service has been activated, you may request a refund within 30 days of activation. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your request.

Benit LLC.. offers a 100% refund on all orders that are cancelled within 7 days of the order date. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellations

You may cancel your service at any time by calling our customer service department. There is no cancellation fee for service that has not yet been activated. If your service has been activated, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

Exceptions

The following orders are not eligible for refunds or cancellations:
